Multi-complex development, new master planning to bring the region to international living standard, a small community with all amenities.
Development includes office building, hotel, exhibition hall, luxury villas along the sea front, tourist attraction kiosk, shopping area and in future development, a marine club is in the planning.

發展商有意把秦皇島發展成國際級小區，區內自給自足，有完善的住宅區，商業中心，購物區。娛樂場所，遊客區等等；將來亦準備建設遊艇碼頭。
在一個小鎮內， 我們能夠從多方面發展不論是在商業或住宅內全都是達到國際標準及認可的。
發展項目包括： 辦公室，酒店，展覽室，豪華別墅以及沿海滨行人道，旅遊勝地， 購物中心及街道。目前正在計劃 建造一個海洋俱樂部。我們主要的策劃師是Hok建築師，而今次我們是負責為客人提供構思及設計概念以及為潛質客户提供陳列室展覽。
發展商邀請了Hok 負責總規劃，而我們則提供設計概念，讓發展商用作市場推廣，介紹秦皇島的新面貌給投資者。
